Admissions Process:

For immediate admissions assistance please call 541-640-7184 or email Admissions@dwtbend.com

  1. To find out more information about DWT or to see if your child would be a good fit with our program, please either call our admissions line at 541-640-7184 or submit an email inquiry to Admissions@dwtbend.com and we will contact you.
  2. After you speak with an DWT Admissions Counselor, the next step is to complete our Online Application by clicking on “Apply Now.”
  3. After you’ve completed the DWT Online Application, an DWT Admissions Counselor will email you our Admissions Paperwork.
  4. Fax or email the completed Admissions Paperwork to the Admissions Counselor you’ve been working with.
